| Today is Mother's Day 5/12/2013 just received a visit from my daughter who went to (Trick) Treasures this jewelry store located inside Jefferson Mall and she purchased me a "MOM" necklace there I can't even wear the necklace as it was broken in the box we called the store only to be told by the Manager they have no return policy and they can swap it out for me. This is absurd my daughter just bought this an hour ago...........Do NOT waste your time shopping here as they will NOT honor a refund for money spent they are happy exchanging filmsy jewelry for more filmsy jewelry. Very unprofessional and way overpriced much better quality at Wal-Mart they took advantage of my daughter and stole her money. Bypass this fake jewelry store, even Wal-Mart gives refunds! Don't waste your time and certainly not your money. |
