| purchased 2 $25.00 gift cards for a friend 12-21-12 & received a $15.00 bonus. we used one card christmas week, then 1-19-13 we decided to use the 2 nd card. after eating we gave it to the waitress she came back @ said the unused card had no balance on it. this was not possible, the asst mgr came to table & again said there was no balance on card & it did not match the receipt in the envelope, now i have never known that your receipt had to match and number on the card. what an embarrising dinner that was. i will not purchase gift cards or even go to ruby tuesdays any longer. their main office suggested i should provide them with the 16 digit code on the back of the card, i informed them i left the restaurent without any cards or receipts i told them to keep them they were no good to me. |

| I did love this restaurant till my experience today. My husband used to frequent for lunch. Today we went and our soup and salad bar ended up totaling $30. 00 with tip. They no longer served the white bean chili and their sad bar was lacking terribly. I do feel that I will not be visiting their establishment again. |

| The seafood trio was less than a appetizer especially when it refers to the crab cake as jumbo & the lobster was the size of a large crayfish . Not to mention the 3 shrimp that's it. $18.99 WOW.don't mind paying if it was worth it. It wasn't!!!!!! |

| U offered a 2 for 20 2 yrs ago and charged me 50 $ . i havnt been back since. i own a cab co. and have told evryone of my experience. shame on u!!! |

| PLEASE Take the shellfish trio off the menu. Reads great taste horrible. Crab cake with no crab, lobster that taste like chlorine, and severely overcooked shrimp. Not worth 2 bucks much less 18. |

| We would like to compliment SAM at Ruby Tuesdays in No. Dartmouth. We have a grandchild who is highly allergic to tree nuts and Sam goes the extra mile in reassuring us that we have no worries about her meal. She always makes sure that
we have the proper menu. Every time we go
to R.T. we ask for Sam because she is extremely consciencious and is a credit to your restaurant. Also, T.J., the manager was very accomodating, and introduced himself to us. We will be back. |
