| I was shopping at Kitchen Collection when I walked by a display where the glass cake plate box was placed to hang off the shelf by half a foot. My purse caught it and pulled it off breaking the cake plate. I paid for the breakage without complaining but the store lost a customer. I had other items in my hand to buy and was planning on coming back for one of the Kitchen Aid mixers. I felt the accident was just as much the store's fault as mine. Because of this, the store lost much more than the the profit they made from the $13.00 I had to pay for the cake plate. Considering there were no customers to speak of, customer service should have been key. |

| I shopped here for the first time in a year last week. I was making at return at Saks Off Fifth, and wandered into the mall. I'm certain that if people knew this place existed, that the shoppers would be wanting to frequent this mall, especially the people who live in Raleigh and Morrisville, as well as visitors to the area using RDU airport. There's one answer to this problem, and that is advertising and an incentive of some sort to get people interested. I think if there were places for kids, or if one of the stores was a good gym where people at hotels could work out for a flat price, it would get the place going again. Good food helps, and I think they have that available from what I could see. I love Greek Fiesta! I sure hope things pick up soon. |

| Please market this mall and bring big stores back. This was my favorite place to shop... especially during the holidays. I believe it will dry up and go away if you guys don't get some big stores to come back. Reading Glass & China, Big Dogs, Rack Room, Home Again, all the ones you had before. Please don't let it go away. Mary |
