| Hello!
I have been collecting Pfaltzgraff patterns for years now. My favorite is Villa de la Luna. I am really disappointed there is no outlet or factory store in Kentucky. I'm pretty sure that this sentiment is widely shared by all others in my state who love Pfaltzgraff products.

| Please consider reopening a Factory Store in the Houston area again. I am very disappointed that the LaMargue store has closed down. |

| I'm also disappointed that a Pfaltzgraff store was shut down at our nearby outlet (Aurora Farms). What is the reason for all these shutdowns? |
