| I purchased some sandals in your Folsom outlet, was a visitor to the city, do not have a store near where I live. The shoes I purchases gave me two blisters on my feet, and when I contacted customer service to possibly send them back, no resolution other than to give me a refund. I didnt save my receipt, so all I have is the proof of purchase of credit card charges. I would like another style of a sandal, but your online prices are higher than I originally paid. Please give me some way to return these, other than driving at least one hour to reach one of your stores.. Jane Papp |
