Please say this is just some bean counter's bad decision and you'll reconsider. We need you!

Please, please, please reopen your outlet stores, I loved shopping at them, and I really miss them. I don't care to shop on-line because I don't like to pay for shipping, and not many stores around me carry Mikasa. Have a little sympathy for a devoted shopper!

| It was very disheartening to find out that ALL locations in Toronto, GTA had closed. I started my collections from Mikasa. It was a beautiful place to purchase gifts.
We need at least ONE location.

Me too, but shopping at their website is not so bad, especially if you know what you want. Saves lots of time and aggravation.

For many years going to the Mikasa Outlet was part of our holiday tradition. It's dissapointing to know that the growing lower middle class does not have an affordable place to shop for quality gifts for family and friends. Shame, shame, shame...

If I had know Mikasa Outlet's were closing and that the pattern I bought, Endearment, was being discontinued I would never had bought it. The store salesperson should have told me. Now I am seeking the finishing pieces for my set and find them very high in price when i do find a piece. I am a very unhappy former shopper.

So disappointed to learn that the Mikasa outlet in Silverthorne had closed. Always did Christmas & wedding shopping whenever we stopped on our way to Denver. How sad - dont't enjoy shopping on line with little pictures that do not truly show you what you are seeing - it's not like browsiing in a real store. Your loss as well as ours.

It's obvious that Mikasa is now only sold through major retailers as they are more profit driven. I loved the outlet stores as well as the product became more affordable. However to honest, I became disappointed at the quality. So much of my Mikasa has chipped and now I won't be replacing it at these prices. In fact, I'm considering selling my Italian Countryside so that I can replace it with Fiesta Ware. My daughter purchased it from a major retailer on sale and that is how I will obtain mine. She doesn't have one single chip - this stuff is great! I'm happy that I've found something else to replace my Mikasa fetish I once had.

Mikasa products are a favorite of my mother's, along with other Arkansan's. It's a shame that there are no stores in Arkansas. My mother bought me quite alot of Mikasa products when she was in Missouri. Now the place where she bought them closed down and she was very disappointed. This company does not realize just how much their products are wanted and purchased by everyone. They need to branch out their outlets to more states.

| Do you really care what we think?????
It is very obvious that your customers loved and want your outlet stores back! Why did you decide to close them???? A very disappointed customer. |

I was so sad to see my local Mikasa outlet store in Palm Desert, CA close, and then found out that the store about 45 minutes away closed as well. I always found the best gifts there! Stores like the Mikasa outlet store allowed even people on a budget to enjoy some very nice things that lift the spirit and enhance life.

Mikasa was my first dinner ware set when I first started house keeping. Unfortunately, my first set was stolen and my favorite Mikasa outlet store in the Carson/Long Beach area has been closed.

I started a collection of Mikasa Christmas ornaments in 1995 and now cannot find them since the outlets are gone. I am so disappointed. In these economic times, outlets are a terrific way for people to afford items like Mikasa crystal and china. Bring back our outlets!!!!

We purchased place-settings for 12 in the Barrier Reef pattern before we moved to Maui. The outlet store in Lincoln City, Oregon said they would always carry them. Now I'm needing a few replacement pieces and can't find them. I am so sad the outlet stores no longer have Mikasa stores. They were the greatest places to shop. We always bought a different candle holder each time we went there. Our tradition has now come to an end. Mikasa, we miss you!

It is truly a sad day to find the Mikasa Outlet Store at Anthem has disappeared. Though a male, it was a wonderland of beautiful glassware, not to mention the excellent personnel who always were extremely helpful. Each visit diminished my bank acount by at least $500.00.

It is not the same to shop via these little pictures. Mikasa stores were an absolute joy to spend time and money in, and I did for years. I like to see what I am purchasing and these little pictures don't do it for me. I am just sorry I did not get to purchase my new set of dishes before you closed your stores. Very sad.
