| sat may 30. i brought 2 guests from california and one guest from northern missouri to this shop thinking we would be treated special. hah!. we were herded around like cattle. we all signed up for pedicures and manicures. every one got their manicures except me and by the time i realized they weren't even going to do it i said just let it go, we'd been in there long enough and i didn't want the other 3 ladies to have to wait on me. one of the ladies nail polish was bubbling up before we even left the spa. she mentioned it to the tech and all she did was put more polish over it. my toenails bubbled up by the time i got to the car. AND the ends of my toenails are rough and catch on fabrics. needless to say i will never go there again and neither will my guests. awful visit.i would appreicate a response |
