| I think that J.C. Penney ought to offer the email addresses and telephone numbers of its' Outlet stores. This might facilitate customers to locate items that have been discontinued from the catalogs or already clearanced from the J.C. Penney's on-line Outlet. As far as that goes, J.C. Penney could even establish a on-line, discontinued, inventory locater showing what Outlet stores, around the United States, still had the discontinued product, quantities and prices. People could place orders and pay shipping the same way as they do now from the catalog or on-line Outlet...Only these orders would be filled from the different Outlet stores themselves. This would create a whole new way of selling the merchandise. It would also create jobs for people to man this full service Outlet locater site. |
