| I wanted someone to know how much a lady named Jane at the Westroads mall in Omaha Nebraska helped me. She was so patient and kind, she explained things to me even if it took a couple times for me to understand what she was explaining. I told her I am not good at video stuff, and this was for my 12 year old son and she just smiled and eagerly helped me. I truly appreciate her helpfulness and wanted someone to know that she did a great job with me and I thank her.
