| I went to the Wrentham Village location on Monday, July 20th at 7 pm shopping for a fragrance. The store had 7 or 8 people in the store and the 1 employee who was "working" was up on a step ladder, dusting the shelves. I walked over to the sales woman and said "excuse me, I have a quick question for you." The woman didn't look at me but said "Just a minute, I am almost finished" and she continued to clean the shelf instead of assisting me or anyone else in the store. I told her not to bother that she could feel free to continue cleaning and that I would just leave, and she did! I can't believe what poor service there is in the store. I never did get to see if they carried my fragrance or not. |
