| my son bought a pair of puma tennis shoes from the tupelo mall location with his finish line access card and used his dads debit card to pay within 60 days of buying these the rubber toe starting peeling back and the vinyl stripe was loose from the side also, we returned to store to see if we could just get another pair or to see if puma would honor the damage and the asst. manager would not even look at or do anything w/o reciept. I had another son in the store looking at pumas also so you had another sale right there in store and because of her non caring if you don't have a reciept attidude we walked out and purchased two pair at another store down the mall. The manager of that store told us if purchase is within so many days they would have just done a damage ticket, so why could finish line not have been so suffient? |
