| I recently was at the Vacaville Outlests & found this AMAZING Store. They carry all my Lancome products at a discounted price & their Sales are AMAZING!!!! Why go to the Department Stores when its right here. I was very excited & the staff was very welcoming & knowledgeable with EXCELLENT Customer Service, which is hard to come by these days. The ladies informed me they have a new sale every 2-3 weeks. I know where i'll be doing my Holiday Shopping!!!

| I recently was visiting South Texas and went to the store in Mercedes, the young ladies at this store were very friendly and helpful. Since I had had such a great experience and loved your sales, on the road trip back, we stopped in San Marcos. I decided to go in and take one last oppurtunity at getting last minute gifts. To my surprise the manager at this location was very rude and kept questioning me about how many sets I was buying. It almost seemed like she did not want to make a sale. This really discourged lots of customers that I saw walk out. Hint! Customer Service is very important when making a sale. |

| I recently visited the Designer Fragrances & Cosmetic store in Huntley, IL. The salesperson was very nice and informative about the Lacome products. She did advise me that all sales are final, which I accepted. She proceeded to look at the items I was about to buy to checking the color and that the products were new in the packaging, not switched. I have pruchased a number of the products in the past and will continue to do so. Thank you. |

| called your store and found the item i was looking for--juicy tube swirl in candy twist. was told it was on sale but since i wanted it shipped(i live 2 hours from the nearest store) then i would have to pay full price for the gloss. Is this normal practice? Why would you do this to someone who already is 2 hours from the closest store. Do you not need any business? Not sure what to do. I would have purchased more but was very upset and turned off by this ridiculous policy. Bad Business in my opinion.
