| Dell has the worst customer service. Not worth buying the laptop to save a few dollars. You will pay for it in headaches and frustration. |

| Aparently dell doesn't want to pay american people to work. I have a dell and wanted to by dell products, first they insist I pay $49 before they can tell me what product I need. Then they can not even speak English to answer any questions, then they just hang up, then I go to live web and ask and get the same treatment. Then I email them and never did get an answer, so I am buying a different company. And if this is the way Dell acts, then I can see this is the biginning of their end and sell the STock!!!!! Because no company can last with pracitces like this. |

| nothing but trouble and no one to help except people in India that follow a script. Computer still doesn't work |
