| So they finally opened the Chico's outlet in Albertville, Minnesota. I had been waiting for over a month to get in that place! Guess what?? It's beautiful, and probably three times the size of their regular stores that I usually visit. The best part--THERE ARE MIRRORS IN EVERY FITTING ROOM!! They have a great sale area in the back of the store, too. Their outlet line of clothing is really nice, and I spent far less that I usually do when I visit the full price stores. Yeah, the music is still loud, but the sales staff is very friendly, and they don't push. They are very attentive in the fitting rooms, too. |

| NEED BIGGER SIZES...
I love Chico's jewelry and have purchased quite a bit of it. I have several of their jackets in size 3 but I would feel better in them if they were size 4. Wake up Chico's. Not every woman is tiny. Why don't manufacturers want to sell to us. There's a lot of us who are short and over size 16 who have nowhere but home shopping to buy our clothing. (they give the same styles for the same price right through size 3X) This could be big money for you ! |

| My husband and I retired to Mathews from Richmond, Virginia, so I do go far looking for a Chico's store. My favorite is the one in Sarasota, FL, at St. Armanda's Circle. I look for a store everywhere we travel, we are headed to Texas and New Mexico so I will be checking out the stores there. I do agree that mirrors need to be in the dressing rooms!I also would love for Chico's to consider when a customer has spent over $3000-$5,000 they should get a bigger discount. |

| I consider myself a "Chico's Girl"....but can't stand the loud music, either... I know what you mean about just leaving rather than browsing... I find myself only going there when I really need something. |

| I couldn't agree more about the mirrors, especially to see the back...in the Soma stores as well. I find it unbelievable that they think we will buy pants without seeing the "rear view"! I also really dislike the loud music. I can't tell you how many times I have just left instead of browsing because the music is irritating, not relaxing...I feel so much better now that I've vented:) |

| I agree that they need mirrors in their fitting rooms. I either wait for the one room that has a mirror, or I bring my own small mirror. I am a little embarrassed about prancing around in things that may or may not fit. I would prefer my privacy. They are the only store that does not have mirrors in the fitting room, and I resent it. I've actually NOT bought something, because I didn't have time to wait for the one fitting room with a mirror. Most customers know what looks good on time and would appreciate the salespeople to respect their privacy. If they want to "pop" out for opinions that is their business.

| I live in an area that appears to have the busiest Chico's store - The Villages, Fl.
Some people might like a larger place - BUT -
Mirrors would make everyone happy.
I would like to know the Company rationale
for not having mirrors right in the dressing rooms.
Happy but sometimes frustrated customer =

| Chico's if you are reading this---please put mirrors in your dressing rooms-- how much can it cost and you'd probably get a lot more sales due to customer goodwill. I just HATE having to come out of the dressing room BEFORE I even know what I have tried on looks like on me. Plus, I do not like input from salespersons unless I ask. |

| I love the Chico clothes, BUT I hate shopping in their stores because they don't have mirrors in the dressing rooms. I would probably buy more clothes but I get tried of going in and out of the dressing rooms. I also hate looking in the mirror when other people are looking too. Lets all campaign for mirrors. |

| I had a very nice sales associtate at the Chico's outlet in Rehoboth Beach, DE. She was very helpful. But I do agree that they need mirrors in the dressing room. I'd rather not have to come out for all to see and get input when I'm not asking for it.
The Chico's store in Mount Laurel, NJ did put in mirrors in dressing rooms and it's very much appreciated.
I do so love the bargains I get at the outlet store though, it's worth putting up with no mirrors. (But put them in anyway.) |

| Enough is enough. Let's get some mirrors into those dressing rooms. Yes, we all know we're supposed to spend the day getting pressured into buying more clothes, but some of us have other things to do. Most Chico's stores are popular places, and we don't all appreciate having to wait and wait and wait for dressing rooms to become available. More and more I find myself going to Talbots, where the dressing rooms not only have mirrors, but these rooms and large and comfy. Plus, the clothing is much more classic and less overdone. There are still some Chico's items I love, but I don't love them enough to put up with the waiting. |

| I have been a Chico's woman for several years and my very favorite salesperson is Sondra the store manager in Norman, OK. She was extremely helpful during the months I was on chemo, cheering me up and always encouraging me. I was so pleased when she was made store manager, well deserved. It is well worth the gasoline and time to drive the 75 miles to have her put my "act" together. I buy very little clothing at other stores so YEAH Chico's. |

one in Estero was by far the very best! Had the best, most helpful associates and we had a lot of fun spending my money! |

| When is the outlet/store going to open in Gaffney, SC. I know it is in the process of being completed and I'm very excited and looking forward to shopping there. I wear nothing but Chico's clothes. The size 1 is a perfect fit for me. |
