| I have a beautiful diamond wedding set with lifetime warranty.Bought at Gross Diamonds, changed to store name of Brendan Diamonds in Elizabethtown, Ky. The largest diamond got a bent prong, I took it for repair once, and currently, once again the same prong is bent. Our sales rep told us in December they would be filing bankruptcy in January and to add the ring to our homeowners insurance as the stores were closing. No refund of lifetime warranty. We still see a TV ad for Brendan Diamonds, but, cannot locate a store anywhere. I wonder why this TV ad still appears? Fortunately, I had an apprasial done on the diamond before this all happened when first purschased. Now, I wonder if it was switched the time I left it for repair on first prong damage? Scary...just not right. Wonder if a law suit could be filed against this company? |

| I'm glad I'm not the only one going through this. My wedding set was purchased from Brendan and now I can't find anything about them. I'll try the LLC lookup. Hopefully that will help. I want to know what in the heck happens to my warranty! |

you said the store to you is a hour away is there still one open in co? I cant find one and a diamond feel out ill drive ne where its a special ring and no one eles will fix it?

| We also have a wedding set. We also bought the lifetime warranty. First the store in our mall closed. Then the store an hour away closed. Now, I don't know where to take my rings. I have a loose stone that needs fixed. |

| Can we sue this company for selling us products that they knew we wouldn't be able to use due to their money problems that we as customers had no idea about at the time of purchase? My husband's wedding band just had a diamond fall out of it and I had the warranty plan and now can not get it fixed. What to do? this is BS! |

| I share the frustration and disappointment, I purchased a gorgeous bridal set two years ago and had to take it to another place for cleaning because all the Brendan stores close to my home state were out of business. The diamond inspection and appraisal yielded a lower grade diamond than what was stated on the certified diamond paperwork. Please keep me abreast if anybody finds another store honoring Brendan's Life Time Warranty. |

| I originally bought my wedding bands from JC Keepsake who closed down and apparently became Brendan Diamonds in the Foothills Mall. I went to have my ring resized with my warranty after being pregnant. They were Closed!!! I haven't been able to wear my wedding ring in almost a year because of this. I also had just renewed my warranty for $55.00 and had not used it yet. I looked up JC Keepsake and Brendan Diamonds only to find out every number listed has been disconnected. This is very frustrating. Does anyone know anywhere that will accept there warranty???? |

| ALL THE STORIES SOUND JUST LIKE MINE, IT'S REALLY BEEN A PROBLEM GETTING ANOTHER JEWERLER TO TAKE MY RING. I TOO PURCHASED EVERY WARRENTY OFFERED, I DID TAKE MY RING TO ZALES TO HAVE IT DIPPED IN RODIUM[SP]SO HOPEFULLY THERE WON'T BE A PROBLEM, JUST A "CHARGE"!!!! |

| We extended our warranty back in January 2007, only to find out our local store at the Flatiron Mall has been closed down. Luckily, there was another store about 20 minutes away in Lakewood. This morning I'm getting ready to make another trip to get the rings checked out, only to find out THAT store had been closed down. The closest store is more than an hour away, this is ridiculous! Are there any sister stores which the warranty can be transfered to? |

| We bought our wedding ring here never had a problem with it. Then later bought an aniversary band and had nothing but trouble. The diamond fell out 5 times! But it was not a problem because we had the warrenty with it. After the last time with the same ring we just traded it in for a similar inset diamond band. Now I'm worried sick I'm gonna lose a diamond and there wont be nothing I can do |

| I WENT TO GET MY DIAMOND WRAP APPRAISED FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES AND I FOUND OUT THAT ONE OF THE DIAMONDS WAS NOT A REAL DIAMOND. I HAD BEEN TAKING MY RING AND WRAP TO BRENDANS TO BE CLEANED AND ONE OF THE DIAMONDS FELL OUT AND THEY SENT IT OFF TO BE REPAIRED. I GUESS INSTEAD OF REPLACING IT WITH A REAL DIAMOND IT WAS REPLACED WITH A CUBIC ZIRCONIA. ISN'T THAT NICE!! AND OF COURSE, EVERY STORE AROUND HERE IS SHUT DOWN!! |

| feeling the same here....i have been married 8 years this july and after losing my wedding ring our 3rd year of marriage, we finally had enough monmey to buy the ring of my dreams this past feb. a year ago.. we also paid for a lifetime warranty, with the money we saved up, and now it was for nothing, since every branch around here is closed. we had the warranty for 1 year, and were only able to get our ring inspected one time! some lifetime... has anybody heard anything about them possibly selling the warranties to another company? and if so where am i suppsed to take my ring...? |

| I am in the same situation. When I went to the Provo store in August it had shut down and there was a sign in the window that said their sister store "J C Keepsake" was taking over their operations. I took my ring there and everything was fine. I came back to get it re-checked this February and now J C Keepsake is closed down. What are we supposed to do? |

| FURIOUS! purchased a lifetime warranty with no where to take it. I went in around November and asked if they were closing. I was assured that infact they were NOT closing they were going to change to a bridal jewelry store....now everything is closed down. SO frustrated right now. |

| What happens to the warranty that I paid for. It was for lifetime. I went today to get it cleaned and all I saw was a "close" sign.I thought that they were just closed for today, but reading all these comments makes me think that there are no stores open here in OHIO. How can they get away with this.I'm confused |
