| I would like to express my appreciation to the ladies that work at Bon Worth in Seymour, In. The first time I went in there I was treated as though they had known me forever! The manager and the assistant manager go out of their way to make sure their customers are welcomed into the store. It's hard to find customer service like this anymore and it makes me want to shop there even when I don't need anything! Thank you Bon Worth!! |

| Our store has not had any LeChete slacks for a long time...my black and navy blue ones, which I wear every week to work got damaged in the launry and I cannot find them anywhere. Does anyone know where I can locate these in the above colors in a Large. Would appreciate any help. |

| Starr, You may have already heard, but Bon Worth will be carrying plus sizes soon. The full line should be available by Fall 2010, if not sooner. If you don't see your size in a store, you might have better luck online at BonWorth.com once plus sizes are available. Good luck! |

| I love your clothes and wish you had a store in Columbia, MO.or online. The nearest to me now is over 2 hours away.I can get clothes for family that is size Extra small or ones for me in X-large.Prices are good and quality is great. The Help in the Jefferson City Store is second to none, they are great! |

| I shop at the Mall in Arcadia, Louisiana and would like to purchase a complete outfit from Bon Worth, but I am tall and all of the matching pants are too short. I need at least a 32" inseam, preferably one that is 33". Is there any chance of this happening? Also, some ladies need larger sizes than you carry in your stores. |

| I love Bon Worth clothes. I'm a very good customer and most of my wardrobe is from Bon Worth. We have empty stores in our Market Place Mall in Champaign, IL., or a new mini mall in Urbana that could handle a new Bon Worth store nicely. Please consider bringing a Bon Worth to the Champaign/Urbana area.

| I do wish Bon Worth would carry more pants in the poplin summer fabric--I wear this fabric year round. Have only been able to buy in black this fall. At one time, this light-weight fabric was available in dark colors such as brick, berry and turquoise with matching tops. Recently went to buy kaiki-colored poplin and none were available---this is a "summer" color and sold out.
Also, I do not wear the shorter capri pants and often the colors and fabric I like are not available in the longer lengths. |

| I used to be heavy and never shopped in your Findley store, Then I lost alot of weight and started to shop their. Went over to shop the other day and I see you have closed up shop. Very sorry to see that store go. We don't have any nice shops in Tiffin and now we have to go out of town. But I can't go that far as I am a senior citizen. | I go to Boca Raton Florida each February, and one of the first places I go to is a Bon Worth store. I found the Del Rey store closed and was told to go further I am not sure of it was Boynton Beach. Now I find that is closed. They seemed busy enough. I am devastated. Do you have any near those cities? |

| I love Bonsworth I travel to pegion forge tn to do my shopping. I shop no where eles but bonsworth, The prices are great, and the clothing holds so good. Except the sweaters do ball up quite a bit. | I also shop at the Bon Worth store every time I go to Pigeon Forge TN. Bon Worth is the only store I can go into and find so many things to choose from and like. I have heard that there is a store in Indianapolis, but I haven't been there to check it out. I wish Bon Worth would come to Anderson and liven up the mall there. |

| Shopping in the New Port Richey stoe is wonderful. The Manager there Michelle sure knows she fashion. She has been trying to talk me in to a smaller size for a while now. Last week I gave in and to my surprize she WAS right. I looked like I dropped 20 pounds. The store is always clean and well stocked. The girls are dressed so cute and always willing to help no matter how busy they are. I would be proud to have these ladies in my employment. Only down side, the store is so small I don't know how Michelle gets all the cloths on the racks. Send more sizes of fewer groups. |

| I have recently lost weight. I did take a size extra large petite in the LaChute but now take a regular large. I could fit into a medium except the waist is a little tight but other than that it fits. I did hear that you are going to make the waist a little larger. Is that so? Great. I have been buying at least a dozen black and navy for years. I love when you have the choclate brown and dark forest green. I hope you have them this fall. |

| I am soooo disappointed with the closing of our Bon Worth in Prescott without any notice. First of all my husband bought me a nice gift certificate from this store at Christmas time and he even asked the clerk if there was any chance of them closing the store and she assured him they would NOT be closing. I think this is a big rip off and I am highly turned off with gift certificates. It seems like a nice idea so the person receiving the gift can choose what suits them best but then what happens to me left holding a gift certificate? |

| I have enjoyed shopping in two of your stores--one in Longview, TX and the other in Sulphur Springs, TX. I live in Amarillo and there are no Bon Worth stores here or near here. A new shopping center, Western Crossing, has recently be constructed in an excellent location. It is located adjacent to I-40 on Western Street. This would be an excellent opportunity to put a Bon Worth store in prime location. |

| I found Bon Worth Store in Daytona Beach Florida, where I had been living. I was in that Bon Worth Store once every week, I love the stle and the fit of the outfits. I am back out in Rhode Island and get more compliments about my outfits. I have recently lost a lot of weight and not need to buy more Bon Worth outfits. | I was it the store tonight, in Summitt,or Ashland, Ky. I was there about 6:30,tonight. I wanted to buy something for a gift. Well the lady said that I wood have to change it. Because she have alreade made out the deposit to go to the bank. Then I asked for a gift card, She said that she did not know how to do that. She said that they close at 7:00 P.M I have been going to bon worth for about 5 years and have never have sales person do me this way. |

| I can sympathize with you. A couple of months ago I bought an outfit that was 30% off at the Bowling Green KY store. I decided that the blouse was a bit large and took it back to exchange it for a smaller size. The sales clerk that waited on me was too knowledgeable in the first place and when she got the manager I was told the only way that I could exchange the blouse was to get a refund and then pay the full price for the smaller blouse. I have never had this experience before. Any place I've ever shopped would let me do an even exchange for the item. The store manager got very rude which ended in me telling her I wouldn't be back to shop in her store. Then she decided she could complete the transaction in the manner that I had asked. I took my original blouse and have not been back to the store, which I hate because I really like Bon Worth clothing. However, I don't need the hassle of dealing with a store manager like that! |

| I recently moved to ABQ and was shocked to find that there are NO Bon Worths in the whole state. I moved from Ohio and have shopped at Bon Worths for many many years. I have also shopped there when I visited Florida. Please tell me that there will be a Bon Worths coming to Albuquerque soon. I am sure there are many women needing a store to be located here. There are lots of outlet malls much closer than Alpine or Las Vegas. Please have both an on-line store and some retail outlets in more California Malls. I love your clothes! |

| I love Bon Worth. It's a wonderful store and the quality of merchandise is perfect. I wish you would consider opening a store in Champaign, IL. and also McAllen, TX. With the population of Champaign, I think it would go over very well. We have a wonderful mall called Market Place. Also, in McAllen, TX. there are thousands of retired people who go to the Rio Grand Valley area in the winter and it would go over big in that area. Please consider it.

| I always pick up a few things at the Tanger Outlet store when vacationing in the Ft. Myers area. The clothes are very similar to the Alfred Dunner brand but much less expensive. We sure could use a store in the south county area of St. Louis. St. Louis Mills is way too far to drive at these gas prices. Also...can't understand why there is no way to order on line. You're really missing out there and so are your customers! I |

| Just a note: Three years ago while celebrating our 50th class reunion in Laughlin, we happened on your store. We each bought clothes, and returned again the next day and bought more. Today, as I was doing laundry, I thought I would try again to see if you had somewhere close where I could view and buy your clothes. I absolutely love them as do my friends who bought clothes when I did. I would visit any place again just to buy my clothes there. And I might add the girls who helped us out were wonderful. | I just shopped at Bonworth for the first time ever at the South Mall in Allentown,PA. I bought 7 tops,1 3 piece outfit,and a pair of slacks. What a great shop. The clerk,Tammy, was so helpful and pleasant. What a difference from most stores today where the clerks cannot be bothered to find something for you.
I wish we had one in Bethlehem. I would be there every week!! I am retired and actually found clothing that was not for teens but refined adults. The quality looks great and the selection was terrific. I wish they would add plus sizes to their line so I could get many of my friends to shop there. I found their sizes run a little bigger so instead of plus I was able to take lg. or x-lg in everything. I even got a jacket in a medium.It is a good idea to try everything on to be sure of the sizes. Please open one in Bethlehem. we have a small strip mall near us with the perfect vacant store to rent! That would make my day!! |
