| I'm sorry that person had a bad experience at Beauty Express. I was very sad to see that the store in the Lodi, Ohio mall where I go for my shopping expeditions has closed......I was always very happy with the product and the employees were very sweet and accomodating. The last time I was there I commented that I'd forgotten to bring the coupon I'd gotten on the bag the previous trip and she gave me the discount even without the coupon. |
