| I purchase a bottle of gold OPI nail polish from the Waterloo Outlet. I decided it was not the color I wanted to wear for my son's wedding, so I wanted to exchange it for another color. The bottle was full with the beauty express sticker and scan bar on the top. The girls would not let me exchange it for another color because I didn't have the receipt even though the scan bar would have had the information they needed. Instead they gave me the phone number for "Corporate" which turned out to be "1-800- talk for the most exciting conversation of your life"! BURNED IN BUFFALO. |
